These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Transformative Exterior Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Transformative Exterior Solutions, LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• House Washing
• Soft Washing
• Pressure Washing
• Deck Cleaning
• Fence Cleaning
• Sidewalk & Walkway Cleaning
• Other residential exterior cleaning services

Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

2. Estimates

• All estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
• Final pricing may change if additional work is requested or previously undisclosed conditions are discovered before or during service.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated before service.
• Overdue balances may be subject to additional collection costs where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all work areas.
• Secure pets prior to our arrival.
• Remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other obstacles as necessary.
• Inform us of any known property damage, loose siding, cracked windows, delicate surfaces, or other conditions that may affect the service.

6. Property Conditions & Liability

Our technicians use professional equipment and industry-approved cleaning methods appropriate for each surface.

However, Transformative Exterior Solutions, LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to siding, paint, roofs, windows, gutters, decks, fences, concrete, or other exterior materials.
• Damage resulting from age, deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, or previous repairs.
• Water intrusion caused by existing structural defects.
• Damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe a service was not completed satisfactorily, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve any service-related concerns.

8. Weather Policy

Exterior cleaning services depend on suitable weather conditions.

Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• The property presents unreasonable risks.
• Harassment or abusive behavior occurs.
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut.
